Raquelle is an accomplished litigation attorney with over 20 years of experience representing clients in high-conflict family law matters. She has extensive courtroom experience, including trials, evidentiary hearings, and complex motion practice, and is skilled in legal research, writing, discovery, and settlement negotiations. She is also trained in divorce mediation and collaborative practice.

Raquelle began her legal career as a Deputy District Attorney in Arizona, where she prosecuted a wide range of criminal cases and developed the courtroom skills that continue to define her practice. After relocating back to California, she shifted her focus exclusively to family law, where she has dedicated her career to guiding clients through contested divorces, custody disputes, domestic violence matters, high-net-worth cases, and other complex family law matters.

For 15 years, Raquelle founded and managed her own successful family law firm, earning a reputation for strong advocacy, strategic case development, and compassionate client service. She also served as a senior associate at a leading Sacramento family law firm, where she represented clients in family law matters. She was the Editor-in-Chief for the Sacramento County Bar Family Law Counselor, as well as chair of the custody subcommittee for the Sacramento Family Law Bench-Bar.

Raquelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Master of Business Administration, and a Juris Doctor, combining legal expertise with business acumen. She empowers her clients by explaining their options clearly and weighing the cost-benefit of litigation versus settlement—ensuring they can make informed decisions during some of life’s most difficult transitions.

In her free time, Raquelle advocates for sexual assault victims and volunteers at her local animal shelter. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, attending concerts, and staying active.
