Melinda has 25 years of hands-on experience as a family law paralegal, supporting attorneys and clients through every phase of a family law matter from filings, disclosures, discovery to trial preparation, judgment, and post-judgment modifications. She earned her Certified Paralegal credential through the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) in 2016 and went on to earn Advanced Certified credentials through NALA, including family law. Melinda is known for pairing procedural knowledge with compassion, helping clients feel supported through one of life’s most difficult transitions. After more than two decades in family law, Melinda remains committed to helping families through difficult transitions, bringing the preparation and support needed to reach the best possible outcome for each client. Outside the legal field, Melinda enjoys time with her two adult daughters, family, and friends, as well as reading and writing. She also pursues her love of fine jewelry as a GIA Applied Jewelry Professional.
