Sebastian was born in San Marino, California, and received his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where he defended a thesis on the negative effects of body trafficking in the Philippines. He also taught “Introduction to Global Politics” as part of a teaching internship at the University. While attending law school at Golden Gate University School of Law, he served as a Certified Law Clerk for the Women’s Employment Rights Clinic and Environmental Law and Justice Clinic. He brings these unique perspectives to his practice of family law.
Sebastian has focused the past twelve years of his practice on litigation complex family law matters in Request for Order Hearings as well as Trials in both Hawaii and California state courts.
